Forms contain grids in which you can enter data directly in each cell.
Depending on the type of grid, the following actions may be available:

Add a row to the bottom of the grid |
Click Add. |
Insert a row above an existing row |
Click Insert. |
Copy a row |
Select the row, and then click Copy. When a row is copied, the entry fields match the copied item. The copy is not saved until the Save button is clicked. |
Delete a row |
Click a cell to select the row, and then click Delete. The data in the cells are crossed out, and the Delete check box is selected. The row is permanently deleted when you save the form. |
Save an edited, copied or new row |
Click Save. |
Edit a row |
Select the row, and then click Edit. |
Cancel changes when using the New, Edit and Copy buttons |
Click Cancel. |
Undelete a row |
Select the row, and then click Undelete. |
Move a row up the list |
Select the row, and then click Up. |
Move a row down the list |
Select the row, and then click Down. |
Download linked files | Click Get Files. The files are zipped in a folder. |

Navigating the Grid Using Keyboard Shortcuts
You can use keyboard shortcuts to work faster and more efficiently. Due to the nature of each browser, different sets of keyboard combinations can only be used for shortcuts:
